Air freight and Sea freights

We handle warehousing of ship spares in Panama in both sides either Atlantic or Pacific side for vessels inbound / outbound from Panama who requires a space of storage, packing and sending to the right consignee address in a timely manner.

Sea freight service with the best tariff for transportation, connections with freight forwarders arriving to Panama or departing to Panama, and all customs formalitites are fully detailed prior to send the shipments in order to keep our clients aware of tariff of consignees.

Airfreight and courier shipments are managed as well in our company, we provide all detailed costs incurred in warehousing in Tocumen, Cargo handlings, Truck fees, and custom clearances charges. Normally, if the shipment weights more than 50 kilograms, we suggest to arrange forklift and crane for loading to the launchboat or to the vessel at port. We are authorized to deliver either at Anchorage or at ports as per decision or needs of our clients.

- Copy of Airway Bill (declaring the shipment as "ship spare in transit")

- Copy of Commercial Invoice

- Packing List / Shipment Details

All freight services are including custom clearance services which is required for the release of shipment through documentation done in the Port or Airport. That documentation could takes two working days for cargo release.

Once your freight arrives to Panama, you have a timeframe of 3/4 days for free storage/warehouse, after that you will have to pay storage fee per day.
