All customers needs to provide the following documentation in PDF, Word or EXCEL format for the tonnage assessment on arrival, and receiving it in advance will facilitate the process and reduce the time the tonnage surveyor is on board your vessel:

The ship drawings we use for the vessel audit should be identify with the vessel name, or corresponding IMO or Hull Number.
If the drawings correspond to various sister’s vessels, then the vessel name, IMO or Hull number should be included and identify in that sequence in the drawing foot note. Authorities are being selective with the ship plans, but calculations require obtaining the corresponding drawing for the vessel to be objective with the tolls assessment for all our customers.
This information will be used by officers and employees of the ACP who maintain and update the records and who will use this information for internal purposes only in the performance of their duties. The Panama Canal will not disclose any of the information we have received to any person or agency, except by a written request from, or with the prior written consent of, the individual to whom the records pertain.
